Managing and adding images, documents, Flash and media files is made simple with Contegro. Administrators have full control to dictate the type and size of images and documents that can be uploaded. It’s all done with a few simple clicks.

Images

• Optimize & resize images – During upload, images can be optimized to 72dpi (web format) and resized for efficiency on the internet
• Multiple image upload – Upload multiple images at one time. Ideal for working with a large volumes
• Various default file types – .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, but can be updated to suit

Documents

• Multiple document upload – Upload multiple files at one time. Ideal for working with a large volumes
• SEO friendly – Write meta data for Search Engine Optimization
• Full text searching – Contegro's built-in search facility will search through any documents
• Overwrite documents – Without affecting the existing website links 
• Various default file types – .doc, .pdf, .zip but can be updated to suit

Flash and Media Files

• Easily upload Flash and media files – Within the Content Editor itself
• Preview mode – Available
• Set essential data – Such as height, width, play quality and all other properties
  Default file types – .wma, .wmv, .avi, .mov, .mp3 but can be updated to suit
