Why is Contegro your CMS of choice?

We chose Contegro because their platform seems incredibly easy from an end-user standpoint, coupled with the idea that it makes it really easy for a design agency to deliver an enterprise level design to our clients.

What modules do you use? What's good about them?

We’ve used all the modules now. Primarily our clients want a blog, email marketing and form builder modules. They’re all nice and simple to use, and easy to extend making Contegro more than a CMS. We’re currently starting our first site with the e-commerce module. It’s very user friendly.

Have you used the Contegro Training Studio for training clients and staff?

Have not yet, but looking forward to it.

How has working with a CMS provider long-distance been?

It’s been shockingly easy. We thought the time difference would be difficult but there are great advantages to it. We typically get our handoffs at the end of the day, which is when Contegro is just getting into the office, then they work all through our night. So it makes our team seem incredibly productive like we’re working round the clock.

What did you feel could be improved on?

There’s really nothing I would change at this point. We have a really solid relationship with Contegro. Contegro has been very attentive to us even though I think Roark is one of their smaller customers.

Anything else to add?

If they want to give us a free trip to New Zealand we’ll take it!
