Word Editor

Providing you with a familiar and fully functional interface for editing the content of your website. You can create professional looking web pages by applying predesigned font styles to ensure that your website is consistent in its design and appearance. The word editor has the following key features:

Managing Pages

Contegro differentiates itself from other content management systems by offering a higher level of control when managing page content and functionality, where you can create an unlimited number of pages or update, copy and remove pages easily within the navigation structure. Contegro provides a central area for managing the following:

• Audit trails & page versioning – view past changes that were made to page content or revert to a previous version
• Publication scheduling – automate the date and time for when a page is displayed or removed from public view
• Preview – making it quick and easy to preview a page before publishing
• RSS feeds – enables you to share and distribute content from your website directly to a users computer

Managing Members

An extensive member management facility enables you to control access to pages or modules within individual pages using a member’s login account access. The following integral features are key to the member management facility:

• Unlimited number of accounts – for member accounts and member groups
• Flexible grouping – caters for virtually any requirement, members can belong to multiple member groups and pages can be assigned to selected multiple members
• Member access – can be assigned to documents, pages or individual modules on a page
• Additional custom member fields – capture extra information when details are entered. There is no limit to the number of additional fields
• Member accounts – created by the web administrator or members can self register
• Self-registration form – includes an approval process with automatic generation of passwords and email notifications
• Member reporting – track member login's
• Spreadsheet ability – export your members list to Excel for further assessment

File Management

The feature-rich file manager encompasses the management and folder structure of images and documents for your website. The file managers include the following key features:

• Optimise and resize images – automatically optimised to 72dpi for efficient web format and sized to suit your design
• Multiple upload – is ideal for working with a large numbers of images or documents
• Set member permissions – for access to protected documents
• Overwrite documents – without affecting the existing website links

Full Text Searching

Contegro provides 'quick' search and 'advance' search options. Both options can be placed within any website page and provides site-wide content searching, including any Add-on modules. Contegro’s powerful search ability also includes full document searching for files such as; PDF, Word, Excel and Power Point.

Enquiry Form

Contegro’s Enquiry Form module enables you to build an unlimited number of customised enquiry forms to suit your requirements. The module automatically 'forwards' enquiries to the relevant contacts within your organisation via email and can be setup to generate an automated email confirmation to your website customers.

Listing Modules

The dynamic Category List and Page List modules are powerful tools for displaying a summary listing of website content, which link through to the relevant pages within your website. The Category List can be used in many ways to display a list based on predefined criteria such as; date, author, popularity or category. Once set up, Category Lists are intended to be left alone to dynamically populate themselves with the most relevant website content such as; current promotions, popular products and the latest content. The Page List module is used to display a summary list of preselected pages.

Rotating Images

This 'Flash-like' image control provides an effective method for displaying single or multiple images or advertisements within a web page. The image rotation interval and smooth merging transition can be managed by the website administrator.

Custom Code

Contegro’s Custom Code module allows you effortlessly place third party controls into your website. An integral part of the Web 2.0 movement, third party controls allows your website to take advantage of the services offered by other websites such as stock and share information, currency data or interest rates.

Site Map

The Site Map provides a dynamic representation of all the pages within your website. Add-on modules (i.e. Product Catalogue, Document Library, Blog etc) have been designed to integrate with the Site Map to automatically display categories as website pages.
