For a number of years we have maintained our own website. We had, however, become increasingly aware it looked homemade and tired and was not projecting our mission.

Like most schools, for us money is tight and the thought of consultants/professionals was unchartered waters. We made extensive inquiries, met with a number of representatives, asked three companies to prepare proposals and eventually selected Labyrinth Solutions.

Schools are complex organizations, serving significantly different client groups - students, parents, community, international enrolments, government agencies, former students and the general public. From the outset, Labyrinth Solutions assumed nothing. They came, they listened intently, they researched, they read our documents, they asked questions, they drafted proposals, they asked more questions, they modified, they offered alternatives and they constantly sought our critique of the design, the navigation and the content presentation. Throughout the process, we believed the website was being designed specifically for our school, we were not being fitted into a template. There was a perfect balance between our vision of what we believed we wanted and Labyrinth Solutions, very professional guidance.

Our website is content rich and the process took longer than we both expected. Labyrinth Solutions remained thoroughly professional, they were punctual and efficient, but we were never pressured or rushed. We were provided with a number of content management software solutions and when we had made our choice, Labyrinth Solutions provided our personnel with excellent training.

Of equal importance to our public website is our Staff/Students/Parents Intranet. It is a sophisticated structure that is central to our school operation. The project required a seamless marriage between the new site and our intranet. Labyrinth Solutions was the only company that didn't balk at this requirement, and they delivered!

Our new site is more than we had hoped for, we would not hesitate to engage Labyrinth Solutions again. They provided us with outstanding technical and design services, they were friendly, attentive and thoroughly professional and, despite our fears, the project was extremely cost effective."
