Multiple Administrative Account Levels - the administration area has four levels of access:
- Developer – reserved For IT Staff and Web Design Partner
- Administrator – full permission, excluding developer tools
- Publisher – restricted Permission, no access to administrator tools
- Writer – lowest level of access. Suited to Live Edit Mode access only for editing text and images.
Manage Account Level Rights – the level of access that each account has can be completely customisable to your staff requirements and ability.
Manage Word Editor Functions – the word edit controls that are available for each of the account levels can be customised.
Member & Group Management – member accounts provide access to pages within the website that have been assigned to a member group. These pages are only accessible via members that belong to the appropriate group. Members can belong to multiple groups and pages can be assigned multiple members, which provides a very flexible member management solution. There is no limitation to the amount of member accounts and member groups for a site.
SSL Encrypted Pages – all pages can be set as secure by enabling SSL Encryption on the page.
Secure Log-In – this provides access for both Administrative accounts and member accounts and includes the following functions:
- Forgotten Password - the forgotten password function will email the person their password if their email address exists within the database.
- Remember Me – members only have to enter their login details once
