The Contegro® Form Builder Module is ideal for businesses that require creation of complex online forms. Packed full of simple to use features, this module will extend the way your business collects information via the web.
The Form Builder module is designed to enable you to gather and measure valuable information submitted by your site viewers. Using a simple drag-n-drop interface, forms are designed and immediately integrated within your website. Choose from an extensive range of field types, including: Text & Memo, Numeric & Currency, Date & Time, Drop-down and Multi-select Lists, Single-select Radio Buttons and Multi-select Check Boxes.

Valuable Calculations
Carry out complex or basic calculations within the form to display a calculated result. For instance, a total price can be produced using multiplication from an array of selected product costs and quantities.
Comprehensive Reporting
Data collected by the forms is saved in the website’s own database and optionally emailed to the site administrator. The built-in reporting tool will produce comprehensive online reports and export to MS Excel where data can be examined and measured further.
Customised Responses
You have total control with online messages displayed to your website viewers once a form is submitted, as well as the response email that is optionally sent to the viewer.

Form field values can be preset by passing the parameters from elsewhere in your website using a website link. For example, help your viewer with their enquiry by linking to a form from a Product page with the ‘Product Name’ pre-defined.

The Form Builder module can be used to create multi-page forms or linked together with other Contegro® modules to extend functionality. For example, link multiple forms together to provide multi page surveys, or link the Form Builder module with the Payment Gateway module to provide an Order Form with Online Payment.
